Licensing questions, commissions, a print that is not on the site, or a problem with an order. I answer everything myself, usually within a day.

Asked often

Can I license a photograph for a hotel?

Yes, and it is the most common request I get. For interiors I usually quote a commercial licence plus large-format printing and mounting, priced per panel. Send the wall dimensions and I will come back with a number.

What happens when an edition sells out?

It closes for good at that size. I do not reopen editions, reprint them larger to get around the limit, or release an "artist's edition" later. Sold-out frames stay on the site so the record is public.

Do you ship framed prints outside Sri Lanka?

No. Glass does not survive the journey and the freight costs more than the print. Everywhere outside Sri Lanka gets a rolled print in a rigid tube, free, and any decent framer can mount it.

Can I use an image on my personal blog for free?

Write and ask. For non-commercial personal use with a credit and a link, the answer is usually yes. For anything that makes money, it is a licence.

Do you sell the raw files?

No. Licences cover a finished, processed file for one named project. The raws stay with me.

Can I come out with you?

Two trips a season, four guests, five days each in Yala and Wilpattu. They fill about a year ahead. Ask to be put on the list.
