Thirty-four endemic species. Thirty-four species live on this island and nowhere else. Most of them are small, fast, and in the darkest part of the canopy.
Roughly a third of these frames came from four animals I have followed since 2019 — the Kumbukkan female, her two surviving daughters, and the big male the trackers call Neluma.
Ten per cent of every print sold funds collaring and camera-trap work with the Wilderness & Wildlife Conservation Trust. Since 2021 that has come to just over $14,000.
