Reptiles in Knuckles and Yala

Reptiles

15 photographs, made between 2016 and 2026 in Knuckles and Yala.

Crocodylus palustris and others. Muggers on the tank bunds, and the endemic lizards of the Knuckles range that most people walk straight past.

Roughly a third of these frames came from four animals I have followed since 2019 — the Kumbukkan female, her two surviving daughters, and the big male the trackers call Neluma.

Where the money from this collection goes

Ten per cent of every print sold funds collaring and camera-trap work with the Wilderness & Wildlife Conservation Trust. Since 2021 that has come to just over $14,000.
